In terms of rolling back Windows 10 Build versions, I am not convinced this will work - as the forum that I posted was from 2015 and that still had issues. If you're suggesting that I rollback, please ensure that you mention the Build version that is working in Windows 10 and that you have tested or seen results for that it is working.
